Aurore Hanot has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and employee relations. Aurore is currently working at Imerys as the Country HR Director & Global HR Business Partner since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR - Operations & R&D France at Imerys from February 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Imerys, Aurore worked at Johnson & Johnson for nearly a decade. During their time there, they held various roles including Head of Employee & Labor Relations from September 2017 to January 2021, Head of Employee Relations France from April 2016 to August 2017, and Human Resources & Employee/Labor Relations Senior Manager from July 2013 to March 2016. Aurore started their tenure at Johnson & Johnson as a Labor & employee relations manager from May 2012 to July 2013.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Aurore worked at Veolia Propreté Ile-de-France as a Human Resources Manager from September 2010 to April 2012. Before that, they served as an HR project leader, responsible for various tasks such as negotiation preparation, management of employee representatives, legal and social advice for board and BU directors, administration of mergers & acquisitions, implementation of internal procedures, social audits, and training of management on legal and HR matters.

Aurore's earliest work experience can be traced back to Croix-Rouge française, where they worked as a lawyer specializing in labor law for a brief period in July and August 2003.

Aurore Hanot obtained a Licence in Private Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1999 to 2002. Aurore then pursued further education at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 2002 to 2003, completing a Maîtrise in Social Law. Continuing their studies, they attended Université Paris Nanterre from 2003 to 2004 and earned a DESS (Master 2 Professionnel) in Social Law and HR Management.
