Jim Jabaay

Jim Jabaay is the current Vice President of Business Development at Impel. Prior to this, they served as President of LotVantage from December 2013 to September 2020. During their time at LotVantage, Jabaay led the company to increased revenue and profitability, culminating in its acquisition by Digital Air Strike. Jabaay has also been recognized as a thought leader in the automotive industry, having been named one of Auto Remarketing's 40 under 40 in 2016 and Boating Industry's 40 under 40 in 2017. Jim is a three-time Powersports Business Nifty 50 product winner (2018, 2019, 2020) and a regular presenter at industry events such as AIM Expo, Digital Dealer, Marine Dealer Conference and Expo, and MIC Symposium.

Jim Jabaay attended Hope College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications.

Their manager is Devin Daly, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Rob Murphy - Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Quigley - Co-Founder, President & Chief Strategy Officer, and Larry Murff - CFO.
