Toke Tangkjaer

Toke Tangkjaer began their work experience in 1998 as a Hotel Manager Trainee in various hotels in the UK. Toke gained valuable skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork during this time.

In 2003, Tangkjaer joined Disc Direct AG as a Sales Leader for Sweden. Their responsibilities included maintaining and growing channel partners in the Nordic countries.

In 2006, Tangkjaer joined Medianet Innovations A/S as a Sales Manager. Toke played a crucial role in pioneering web-chat and video-chat solutions and was part of the core team.

In 2008, Medianet Innovations was acquired by Netop, and Tangkjaer continued as the Director of Sales. Toke activated Netop's sales and marketing resources and ensured momentum for the Live Guide solution.

Tangkjaer was promoted to various roles during their time at Netop. Toke became the Vice President of Sales for the Americas in 2014 and later became the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in 2016. In this position, they developed sales and marketing strategies, managed teams, and identified new customer sales opportunities.

In 2021, Tangkjaer's leadership journey continued as they became the Executive Vice President at Netop. Toke oversaw the company's revenue generation and played a crucial role in merging Netop with Impero Software, taking on the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Toke Tangkjaer has a diverse education history spanning several years. Toke began their studies at Randers Business School from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Languages. Following this, they attended IBC International Business College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a degree as a Market Economist with a focus on International Economics. To further enhance their educational background, Tangkjaer later attended Nottingham Trent University in 2002 for a period of one year, where they achieved an Honours Degree: BA in Business Administration.
