Janie Ke is a Senior Research Associate at Impossible Foods, where responsibilities include managing the internal employee taster program and the Sensory Quality program. Prior experience at Kagome USA, Inc. as an R&D Sensory Food Scientist involved formulating new products and coordinating plant trials. Previous roles include an R&D Product Development Intern focused on product formulation and sensory testing, a Sensory and Innovation Lab Intern at UC Davis with expertise in consumer studies and sensory analysis, and a Food Service Shift Leader at UC Davis Dining Commons.
