Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Impossible Foods since January 2021, Natalie's prior roles at United Airlines included Managing Director of Regional Strategies and Chief of Staff in the Office of the COO, where significant contributions were made to fuel savings and operational efficiency programs. A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in Strategy and Operations, Natalie's background also includes program management for the City of Somerville, consulting for the International Rescue Committee and the Government of Afghanistan, and teaching for Teach for America, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to impactful initiatives.

The privately held food tech startup was founded in 2011 by Patrick O. Brown, M.D., Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Stanford University and a former Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator. Investors include Mirae Asset Global Investments, Khosla Ventures, Bill Gates, Google Ventures, Horizons Ventures, UBS, Viking Global Investors, Temasek, Sailing Capital, and Open Philanthropy Project.
