Luis Rocha has gained a wide range of work experience throughout their career. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Health and Safety Technician at RODIO PORTUGAL S.A., where they focused on supervision and implementation of occupational safety rules. In 2006, they transitioned to the healthcare field and worked as a Patient Care provider at Hospital de São João, Porto. In 2009, they joined Altice Portugal as a Callcenter Operator, where they managed claims, provided customer service, and worked on direct sales. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Account Manager at Optimus - Comunicações S.A., responsible for attracting new customers and managing promotional campaigns within the telecommunications sector. Their role expanded to include team captain responsibilities. In 2013, they moved to Peoples Empresas - PT Telecomunicações as an Account Manager, focusing on customer portfolio management, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction. In 2014, they served as an Account Manager at Cleastation S.A. until October 2015. Starting in 2016, they joined Breathe Sport Fitness as a Patient Manager, and their responsibilities included managing patient care. Currently, since September 2021, they hold the position of Patient Care Manager North at Impress.

Luis Rocha's education history includes three distinct periods of study. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Escola Superior de Saúde Jean Piaget de Vila Nova de Gaia, where they pursued a degree program known as "Frequência Universitária" in the field of Técnico de Farmácia. Prior to that, between 2003 and 2004, they studied at IEFP, specializing in Técnico de Higiene e Segurança, focusing on Segurança no Trabalho. Lastly, from 2000 to 2003, they attended CENFIM - Porto and completed their 12º Ano, majoring in Técnico de Desenho de Construções Mecânicas.
