Niha Redknap

Niha Redknap has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Niha started their career as a trainee solicitor at Nabarro LLP, where they gained experience in various departments. Niha then worked as a corporate solicitor at Stevens & Bolton LLP, where they advised on disposals and purchases of private limited companies. Niha later joined Halliwells LLP as a commercial/corporate solicitor, where they worked on private equity deals and admissions to the AIM market.

Niha then worked at Sainsburys as a commercial lawyer, handling multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements and advising on data protection and competition issues. Niha subsequently joined Red Bee Media as an in-house commercial lawyer, providing advice on contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Niha then worked at Sky as a senior legal advisor, where they advised marketing teams and drafted and negotiated various contracts. Niha later joined Virgin Media as a senior legal counsel, supporting different business areas and advising senior stakeholders and the board on legal risks.

Afterwards, Niha worked at Arcadia Group Ltd as a senior lawyer, advising the executive committee and providing risk-based, commercial advice primarily in the areas of technology, logistics, digital, and procurement. Currently, they are working at Improbable as a legal director, supporting the defence team and providing expertise in commercial contracts and intellectual property. Niha is also a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to the defence business.

Niha Redknap attended the University of East Anglia from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Law with European Legal Studies. They later attended the College of Law from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a LPC degree.
