Ronen Elman

Ronen Elman has a wealth of experience in engineering and leadership roles. Ronen currently serves as the Director of Engineering, Enterprise Insights at Improbable, where they oversee engineering operations. Prior to this, they were the Senior Engineering Manager, Product Engineering at the same company.

Before joining Improbable, Ronen worked at Funding Circle UK as the UK Delivery Lead, where they were responsible for managing project delivery. Ronen also held the position of Head of Agile Delivery at Trayport, where they aimed to improve software quality and foster better communication and collaboration across teams.

Ronen has also worked as a Senior Agile Coach at Monitise FINkit, where they played a crucial role in stabilizing a distributed development team and refining the organization's platform. Ronen has also held leadership positions at Sky, where they focused on growing teams and improving ways of working, and British Gas, where they worked as an Agile Coach on a large-scale SAP implementation project. In addition, Ronen has experience as a director and co-founder of SmoothPath, as well as project management roles at Aviva plc and LexisNexis VisualFiles. Ronen began their career as a BPR Consultant at Mobilis Healthcare Group.

Ronen Elman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Leeds.
