Pau Carlas

Pau Carlas has a range of work experience in various HR roles. Pau most recently served as Head of People at in-Store Media, where they were responsible for deploying the HR strategy and delivering outstanding HR services. Prior to that, Pau worked at Almirall as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HR Generalist, and at Mercer as a Flexible Rewards Administrator. Pau also has experience in the Compensation and Benefits field at Sodexo. Pau began their career as a Recruiter Assistant at LAURA VIDAL & ASOCIADOS and worked as an Interventor at Caixa d'Enginyers.

Pau Carlas completed their undergraduate degree in Economics at the Universitat de Barcelona from 2004 to 2008. Pau then pursued a Master's degree in HR Management at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they furthered their education in Compensation and Benefits at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, completing the program in 2012.
