Jason Young

Jason Young has a strong background in software engineering, with experience working in the medical device industry. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Inari Medical since January 2022. Previously, they held various roles at RxSight, Inc., including Senior Director of Software from September 2021 to December 2021, and Director of Software and Software Engineering Manager from February 2015 to October 2021. Prior to that, Jason worked at Medtronic for many years, where they served as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Senior Software Engineer. Jason was responsible for managing a team, developing embedded and Windows software for insulin pumps, and working closely with regulatory agencies. Jason also has experience in firmware design and software internships.

Jason Young attended California State University, Northridge from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. In 2022, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, and is expected to complete their Masters of Information and Cybersecurity in 2023.
