Alain Gnaho

Alain GNAHO, PMP has extensive experience in project management and delivery. Alain currently holds the position of Senior Programme/Project Delivery Manager at Cloudreach, where they are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of cloud projects and programs. This includes advisory, business case elaboration, platform design, infrastructure implementation, and migration to the cloud. Alain manages projects and programs for major business IT transformations, with budgets exceeding $1.5 million.

Prior to their current role, Alain worked as a Contractor and Project Director at AGN CONSULTING from 2020 to 2021. Alain has also served as a Senior International Project Manager at Safran Identity & Security for eight years, overseeing projects related to criminal identification IT solutions using biometric data. These projects spanned various countries, including France, Argentina, Switzerland, Poland, Uruguay, Germany, Mozambique, Zambia, Tunisia, and Malaysia, with each project valued at €2-2.5 million.

Alain's work experience also includes a position as Senior Consultant/PMO | International Project Manager at Altran Technologies from 1999 to 2011. During this time, they worked on a consulting contract with DEBITEL France, a mobile operator acquired by SFR, where they led an IT transformation program. Alain played a key role in developing a blueprint for the program and directing six project managers responsible for managing the projects resulting from the program.

Additionally, Alain co-founded MEDEFI and served as the company's CTO from 1997 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Alain has demonstrated expertise in project management, IT transformation, and international project coordination.

Alain GNAHO, PMP has a strong education background in engineering and telecommunications. From 1993 to 1997, they attended ECE Ecole d'ingénieurs, an engineering school, where they earned a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Telecom & Networks. Additionally, in 1996, they briefly studied at Staffordshire University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Power Electronic and Communication.

In terms of certifications, Alain GNAHO has obtained several notable credentials. In July 2010, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc. This certification is a recognized standard for project management professionals.

Furthermore, Alain GNAHO holds the "PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER™ I" certification from Scrum.org, obtained in October 2020. Alain is also a "Professionnel Scrum Certifié" certified by Wensei in the same month and year.
