Divakar T.

Divakar T. started their work experience in 2010 at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where they worked as an Executive in Human Resources for a year before being promoted to Senior Executive HRBP. Divakar stayed in this role until 2015. In 2015, they joined Infosys BPM as an Associate Lead BPHR and later became a Senior Associate Lead BPHR in 2017. In 2018, Divakar moved to Capgemini and worked as a Consultant HR Business Partner until 2021 when they were promoted to Senior Consultant HR Business Partner. Currently, they are working at Indegene as the Manager of Talent Management & Engagement since 2022.

Divakar T. pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Yadava College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a field of study in Information Technology. Divakar then furthered their education at Edith Cowan University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management. In 2009, they briefly studied at Madurai Kamaraj University and completed a Post Graduate Diploma with a focus on Labor law & Admin Law.
