Leah Turner

Leah Turner is a senior foundation program specialist at Independence Blue Cross. Leah has also worked as a grants and impact reporting manager at Federal Hill House Association from July 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing grants management, writing grants, and cultivated relationships with grantors and partners. Leah also developed and implemented an organization-wide monitoring and evaluation system to accurately measure program impact. Leah was nominated to the strategic planning committee where they developed needs assessment and client satisfaction surveys, in-depth interview surveys, organized survey collection strategy and method, and analyzed the data received. Leah is responsible for tracking and reporting the organization’s demographic information.

Leah Turner has a Masters of Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Leah also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory from Boston University.
