Josh Zalen

Josh Zalen began their work experience in 1997 at Accenture as a Senior Manager, where they worked on a Global Sourcing Program for a leading package delivery company. In 2010, they moved to CDPHP as the Director of IT Global Sourcing, focusing on managing global IT vendors and aligning portfolios with business cases. In 2016, they joined Independent Health as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of IT Service Operations, overseeing technology strategy, infrastructure, and IT operations.

Josh Zalen graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in 1997. Josh then went on to attend the University at Buffalo from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies. In 1995, they also briefly studied at Universidad del Salvador. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
