Travis G. Adamek, CRCM, MBA has held various key roles in the compliance and regulatory field. Travis started their career as a Consultant at Imagine Solutions in 2011 and later worked at KPMG as an Associate in Management Consulting. Travis then transitioned to Capital One, where they served as a Senior Information Systems Auditor and Senior Risk Associate. Travis continued to advance their career at Santander Consumer USA as an Assistant Vice President before joining USAA as a Manager in Compliance Audit. Travis then moved to Texas Capital Bank as a Vice President in Regulatory Compliance Advisory. Currently, at Nearside, they lead Compliance Monitoring/Testing and Third Party Oversight, focused on providing fair financial products to help businesses grow. In their latest role at Independent Financial, Travis holds the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance Change Management & Governance, overseeing product change management and regulatory change management.

Travis G. Adamek, CRCM, MBA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in History from Texas A&M University in 2010. Travis then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Texarkana in 2012. In 2020, they obtained their Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association.
