Jeffry Howard is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in education and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at Indian Capital Technology Center since January 2018, Jeffry has returned to teaching high school students. Previously, as Culinary Director at Sagora Senior Living, Jeffry managed culinary operations within the community. Jeffry's notable tenure at Platt College from September 2009 to November 2016 included the role of Director of Culinary Arts Operations, overseeing curriculum development and managing a team of 20 instructors while supporting approximately 200 students. Earlier experience includes roles as Culinary Instructor at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, General Manager at multiple restaurants, and a foundational position as a Line Cook. Jeffry holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University.
