Michela Cobelli

Michela Cobelli, EMBA, serves as an Expert of the HE interoperability working group at the European digital education hub and is a member of the Quality Assurance Board at garagErasmus Foundation. Michela holds the position of External Evaluator for Erasmus+ at Epos vzw and has been an Erasmus + expert evaluator with INDIRE since April 2020 for the 2021-27 period. At Università degli Studi di Pavia, Michela has been Head of the International Mobility Unit and serves as an EU project manager, while also managing international mobility programs with non-EU partners. Previous roles include Head of Operations at ITIR Institute for Transformative Innovation Research and Chair of the mobility task group at EC2U Alliance. Educational achievements include a recent Executive MBA from Università di Pavia and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Theory and International Relations, respectively.
