Marta Gatti

Marta Gatti has a diverse work experience history spanning over several years. Marta is currently working as a People Manager - Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Learning, Development, and D&I at Inditex since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Giorgio Armani from 2013 to October 2023, where they were responsible for employee relations, regulations, recruiting, and organization. Before that, they held the position of Training, Development & Communication Specialist at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 2011 to 2013, focusing on branding, recruiting, induction, and training & development. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Recruitment, Training & Development Specialist at Hotel Invest Italiana Srl, where they performed similar responsibilities. Marta also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Hilton from 2007 to 2009 and in Training & Recruitment at HKE Group S.r.l. from 2006 to 2007.

Marta Gatti began their education journey in 2001 at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Luiss Guido Carli University, focusing on Economics, Management, and Marketing of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. In 2014 and 2015, Marta enrolled at 24ORE Business School to pursue a Master's Degree in Diritto del Lavoro, Contenzioso e Relazioni Sindacali (Labor Law, Litigation, and Union Relations). In 2017, they attended SHL to acquire expertise as a Talent Assessor. Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Coaching from the International Coaching Federation.
