Jan L.

Jan L. has over 19 years of work experience. They started their career at Siemens Business Services in 2001 as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant and held this position until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Jan worked as an Independent Consultant at Go Learn. In 2008, they joined Riverside Group as the Head of Learning and Development, a role they held until 2015. Jan then moved to LTE group, where they served as the Head of OD and Talent from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Jan is working at Inenco Group, having transitioned from the role of Talent and Development Manager (2017-2019), to Head of HR and Talent (Interim) (2019-2020), and finally to Head of Talent and Engagement (2020-present).

Jan L. studied at the University of Central Lancashire from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in the field of Law. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a CIPD Masters degree in Human Resources Management.
