Elizabeth Young-Krueger

Elizabeth Young-Krueger has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic decision-making. Elizabeth is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at INEOS. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Rotork, where they had global responsibilities for the Oil & Gas market sector and field services employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Elizabeth also provided HR leadership and direction for the Americas region. Before Rotork, Elizabeth worked as the Director of Human Resources at Veolia North America, overseeing HR for various divisions and leading the divestiture of the Industrial Cleaning Business Group. Elizabeth also served as the Division HR Director at Vallourec Drilling Products, where they aligned HR initiatives with business goals and advised on strategic decisions. Elizabeth began their career as a Human Resource Business Partner at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where they supported employee relations, HR policies, and procedures. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at CDI Engineering Group and as a Human Resource Manager at HomeGold.

Elizabeth Young-Krueger obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Elizabeth then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law from 1989 to 1992, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to their higher education, they attended Bartlesville High School for their high school education.
