Rachel Granade has a diverse work experience starting with their position as a Seismic Engineer at Schlumberger from 2003 to 2006. Rachel then worked as an ESOL Teacher at English2Go from 2006 to 2008. Following that, Rachel worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Gwinnett County Public Schools from 2010 to 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Georgia Virtual Learning | Georgia Virtual School. In 2017, Rachel joined Gas South as a Marketing Analyst and then advanced to the role of Manager of Operations from 2018 to 2019. Rachel was subsequently promoted to the position of Senior Manager of Customer Experience and currently holds the role of Director of Customer Experience since June 2021.

Rachel Granade earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from Auburn University in 2002. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching Mathematics from Agnes Scott College, completing it in 2010. In 2021, Rachel received the ACHIEVA ALUMNAE certification from Pathbuilders.
