Thiago Gouvêa Leite

Thiago Gouvêa Leite has work experience in the field of operations and customer service. Thiago is currently employed at Influx as an Operations Delivery Manager, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Concentrix, where they held multiple roles. Thiago started as a Tier 1 Agent in August 2020 and worked until April 2021. From May 2021 to October 2021, they served as a Subject Matter Expert, and from November 2021 to August 2022, they worked as a Team Leader.

Thiago Gouvêa Leite obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Information from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Programming at the same institution from 2021 to 2022.
