Fernanda Fendt has been working in the customer success field since 2021. Fernanda currently holds the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at InfoPrice. Prior to this, they were a Consultant of Customer Success at wDISCOVER and a Customer Success Manager at Softplan. In 2020, they also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Exact Sales, where they were responsible for the active management of customer portfolios from various market niches, training, monitoring of the pre-sales team's routine and performance, and managing customer success in the pre-sales operation with the use of software. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at AltoQi Tecnologia as a Technical Support, where they provided support to users of Eberick and QiBuilder software, monitored software usage, and provided support in the analysis of results and interpretation of data obtained from the software. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Engineering Intern at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo, where they were responsible for monitoring of works, preparation of preliminary budgeting, and study of budgets.
Fernanda Fendt is currently pursuing a Post-Graduation degree in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in 2019, and they also studied Civil Engineering at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto in 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Oratory from Protagonize in 2021, Introduction to Customer Success from RD University in 2020, and Capacitation in Pre-Sales from Exact Sales in 2020.
