Lee Small

Lee Small has a strong background in customer success and account management. They have worked as a Public Sector Team Lead for Info-Tech Research Group since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Client Success Manager at Gartner from December 2017 to July 2022. They also worked as an Account Manager at Aston Carter from April 2016 to December 2017, and as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Change professionals to the Investment Banking and Financial Services industries from April 2014 to April 2016.

Lee Small obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from Coventry University in 2014. They further pursued their education at the University of Greenwich, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology, completing the program in 2023. Prior to university, Lee Small attended Hayes School from 2008 to 2010. They completed their secondary education at Edenham High School from 2003 to 2008.
