Marian Zincke

Marian Zincke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Life Sciences at Ingersoll Rand since March 2018, Marian has previously held high-level positions, including Global Director of Engineering and Product Management at Thomas and Vice President & General Manager at Nash North America and Emco Wheaton. Prior experience includes Vice President of the Consumer Industries Unit Handling at Rexnord and Chief Operating Officer of the Specialty Business Unit at Serigraph. Marian's career also features significant contributions at Danaher, including Vice President and General Manager roles within the Kongsberg Digital Finishing Division and Negele Messtechnik GmbH, alongside previous positions in diverse marketing and program management roles across several organizations. Academic credentials include dual MBA degrees from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as a BA in International Relations, Political Science, and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
