Hayley J Hughes

Hayley J Hughes has been in the healthcare industry since 2007, when they began working as a Patient Advocate for Select Care Benefits Network. In 2009, they moved to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Development Specialist. In 2012, they were hired as an Administrator at Right At Home. In 2014, they joined Heart to Heart Hospice as a Hospice Consultant. In 2016, they were promoted to VP Education and Access Halcyon Hospice at Halcyon Home. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Contigo Hospice. In 2019, Hayley returned to Halcyon Home, where they held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations. In 2023, they began working as the Director of Operations for InHome Therapy.

Hayley J Hughes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. Hayley then went on to earn their MBA in Business Administration from St.Edward's University in 2014. In November 2021, they obtained an End-of-Life Doula Certificate from The University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education.
