John Brereton

John Brereton is an experienced Grid Connections Engineer at Innova since February 2023, specializing in managing and leading grid connection processes. Previously, John served as Grid Manager at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited, overseeing grid connections for Electric Forecourts and large-scale Solar-Battery hybrid sites. John held the position of Renewable Energy Engineering Subject Co-Chair at the University of Exeter, advocating for student experience at senior management meetings. Additionally, John contributed as a Charity Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Falmouth & Exeter Students' Union and gained practical experience through internships at Minviro and BSR Group.
