Jennifer Cloutier Pflug

Jennifer Cloutier Pflug has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Benefits field. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as an Account Executive at Mascot Network. In 2001, they became the Manager of Sales at Highland Campus Health Group. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a National Accounts Corporate Sales Manager at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). In 2013, they moved to TriNet as a Regional Sales Consultant. In 2015, they worked as a Strategic Alliance Sales Manager at Benefitfocus. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Senior Consultant at Businessolver. Most recently, they have been working as a Managing Director at Innovu.

Jennifer Cloutier Pflug obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Lesley University between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained a HRLF Member certification from the Human Resource Leadership Forum in January 2019.
