Simon McDermott

Simon McDermott has a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and eBusiness Suite applications, as well as extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Simon is currently working as the Service Delivery Director for Managed Services at Inoapps, where they oversee the delivery of services and manages service delivery teams. Prior to this, they held various roles at Inoapps, including Client Engagement Director and Interim HCM Practice Lead/Service Delivery Manager. Before joining Inoapps, Simon worked as an Oracle HR and Payroll Consultant at Symatrix, resolving incidents and supporting clients. Simon also has experience with ERP systems, having worked as a Senior Oracle Analyst and Application Support Analyst at Network Rail, where they provided functional support and managed system issues. Overall, Simon has a strong background in managing projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality services in the Oracle ecosystem.

Simon McDermott attended Wardle High School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Simon also holds a certification as an Oracle Cloud Customer Connect - Blue Ribbon Member from Oracle.
