Michael Berger

Michael Berger, MBA has been with Insperity since May 2011 and currently holds the position of Director, Service Operations (National HR & Payroll Implementation). Michael has successfully managed various client implementation projects and re-engineered service processes to improve the overall client experience. Michael has received recognition for their leadership skills and has a proven track record of developing team members for promotions. Prior to their current role, Michael served as a Senior Orientation Representative, where Michael facilitated onboarding for numerous new clients and employees. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland.
