Martin Cartledge has over 18 years of experience in CRM and marketing roles. Martin is currently the Global Head of CRM at Inspired Education Group, where they are responsible for designing and delivering a CRM platform for 88 private schools worldwide. Prior to this, Martin worked as the Head of CRM and Offline Marketing at RM plc, where they led the CRM and offline marketing function and drove high performance across the entire marketing chain. Martin also served as the Global Head of CRM at TES Global Limited, where they developed and implemented a global CRM strategy for multiple product verticals. Martin has experience in various industries, including media with Global Radio and technology with Samsung Electronics. Martin has a proven track record of delivering quantifiable growth, improving customer engagement, and driving cross-sell opportunities through strategic CRM initiatives.

Martin Cartledge has an Honorary degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Martin also holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing from Aylesbury College, completed between 1998 and 1999. Additionally, they completed their A Levels in Geography, Business Studies, and Art at The Royal Grammar School High Wycombe from 1985 to 1991.
