Alexis Kimotho

Alexis Kimotho has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2009 at Language Services Associates as an Operator/Program Assistant Manager, where they facilitated connections between companies based on their language interpretation needs. They also successfully managed a team of 15-20 independent contractors for a contracted client in the UK.

In 2011, Alexis joined Xerox as a Benefits Administration Specialist, specializing in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration. They consulted with and guided employees of USAA throughout the entire benefit platform.

After leaving Xerox in 2012, Alexis took a break from their career to be a stay-at-home parent from 2013 to 2020.

In 2020, Alexis joined Instant Teams and took on the role of Benefits Qualifying Guide. In September 2021, they transitioned to the position of Recruitment Specialist.

Alexis Kimotho started their education at Missouri Southern State University in 2002 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric in 2006.
