Cameron (CJ) Wicks has a diverse work experience in the field of food technology. Cameron (CJ) is currently involved with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), where they hold various leadership positions such as IFTSA Past President, IFTSA President, and IFTSA President Elect. Cameron (CJ) has been actively engaged with IFT since 2019, initially serving as the Graduate Research Video Competition Chair.

In terms of internships, Cameron has worked at renowned food companies such as General Mills, McCormick & Company, and Cargill. These roles have allowed him to gain experience in research and development within the food industry. Cameron (CJ) has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Additionally, Cameron has participated in the Endevvr Summer Entrepreneurial Camp, where they attended as a student and learned about entrepreneurship and starting and funding real companies.

Cameron (CJ) Wicks earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science from Purdue University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, CJ attended the School of the Talented and Gifted Townview Magnet from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, CJ received the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of the USA in 2014.
