Emmanuel Massalee

Emmanuel Massalee, MPP, has a diverse background in business development, grants research, and program coordination. With experience at various organizations such as Freedom House and United States Institute of Peace, Emmanuel has worked on diversity training, intergroup dialogue programs, and research projects. Emmanuel holds a Master of Public Policy in International Development and Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland, where Emmanuel also earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Rights & Global Challenges.
