Hannah Neate is a Client Relationship Manager at Intelligent Office and oversees a portfolio of ten clients spanning London, Bristol, and Scotland. Having previously worked within reception services at Barclays, McKinsey & Company, and Telefonica, Hannah joined IO in 2014 and has progressed through the business in positions including Team Leader and Brand Standards Manager, where she has developed the front of house services and worked closely with clients to deliver numerous successful implementations.

Having graduated with a Bachelor in English Literature and a Master in Theatre practices, Hannah has spent more than 10 years bringing creativity into customer service. Having witnessed the opportunities for progression at IO, Hannah takes pride in upskilling team members and identifying potential for service improvements, ensuring every client receives a five-star front-of-house service. Hannah leads the Guest Services Centre of Excellence, refining best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality, standardized service across all IO client sites.
