Nikolay Gartmanov

Nikolay Gartmanov heads Intelliswift’s client services for Technology, Media, and Telecom verticals. In this role, he facilitates business and revenue growth across all geographies. He has a proven leadership record in business growth, strategy, operations, digital transformation, and innovation.Before joining Intelliswift, Nikolay worked with EPAM Systems for over 10 years. He has also worked with clients from multiple industries, including Life Science, Media and Entertainment, and Technology.Nikolay is an international manager with 20+ years of industry experience. He has worked with clients and teams from around the world, including Europe, the United States, Japan, Mexico, United Kingdom, among others.His earlier roles include Head of Engineering for EPAM Mexico, Head of Business Operations for several Bay Area Business Units (BUs), and Senior Director of Account Management for one of the key EPAM accounts.Owning the strategy and roadmap for the Business Units, Nikolay drives initiatives that continually improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency, promoting aggressive growth while maintaining the tactical agility to get ahead of challenges.Nikolay and his family live in the Bay Area. In his own time, Nikolay enjoys sailing, skiing, and surfing.
