Tom Wix

Tom Wix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various technology companies. Currently, Tom serves as a Customer Success Leader at Intellum, contributing to enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions including Vice President of Customer Success at Tricentis, Senior Director of Customer Success at Landis+Gyr, and Director of Worldwide Customer Success at Alfresco, where efforts focused on improving business processes and customer engagement. Additional experience includes leadership roles at consilium1, Pentaho, Garrison Enterprises, JBoss, Red Hat, and Cysive. Tom Wix holds a BS in Computer Sciences from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Business Administration from Rider University, alongside education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
