Ken H.

Ken H. has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on contracts management and negotiation. Ken started their career as a Business/Commercial Litigation Associate at the Law Offices of Minh Q. Steven Dovan in 2000, and later worked as a Litigation Associate at Howard Rome Martin & Ridley from 2000 to 2007. Ken then joined Brydon Hugo & Parker as a Litigation Associate from 2007 to 2014.

In 2014, Ken transitioned to contracts management, taking on the role of Contracts Manager at Advanced Semiconductor, Inc. There, they reorganized and restructured the company's contracting system, implementing General Terms and Conditions for contract use.

Ken continued to build their contracts management experience working as a Contracts Manager at IDEO LP from 2016 to 2016 and as a Senior Contracts Manager at Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company from 2016 to 2017. Ken then served as a Global Legal Services Contracts Negotiator at Adobe from 2017 to 2017.

In 2018, Ken joined Paragon Legal, a legal services firm, as a Senior Contracts Manager. During their time there, they worked with high-tech clients in the San Francisco Bay Area on a project basis.

Ken also worked as a Commercial Contracts Manager at Nutanix from 2018 to 2020 before joining Intercom in 2020. At Intercom, they first served as a Senior Contracts Manager, where they assisted in building the company's legal department and negotiated a variety of commercial contracts. Ken then transitioned to the role of Corporate Counsel, taking on responsibilities such as leading, drafting, and negotiating various company contracts, providing guidance on data protection/privacy, and interpreting contractual terms for internal stakeholders.

Ken H. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1991. Ken later pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, with the precise dates of enrollment unknown. In December 2019, Ken H. received the certification of Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. Additionally, they hold a California State Bar License.
