Nick Coamey has a diverse work experience in various roles. Nick started their career as an Apple Technology Service Representative at iResQ in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Manager at Custom Communications AT&T. Later, in 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Inisight 2 Design and then transitioned to a Transcriptionist role at Rev.com in 2019. Following that, they started their own web design business called Nick Coamey Web Design and worked as a Frontend Web Developer. In 2021, they joined Deal Genius as a Customer Service Representative and then moved to Intercom in 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, they handled front-facing support for customers, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and escalated bugs to the engineering team.
Nick Coamey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Asian Studies Korean with a Minor in Business from The University of Kansas. Nick attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in April 2021.
