Sean Keogh

Technical Support Specialist at Intercom

Sean Keogh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean started their career in 2016 as a Taekwondo Assistant at Hong's Taekwondo Australia, where they assisted in leading classes and mentoring students. Sean also worked independently as a Piano Teacher, teaching students of various ages and following different music syllabuses.

In 2018, Sean worked as a Floor staff/cashier at Kmart Australia Limited, focusing on presentation, cashier duties, and customer assistance. Sean later joined The Fiddler as a Pizza Chef, where they prepared and cooked wood-fired pizzas and managed the kitchen independently on weeknights.

Sean then worked at Coco Cubano, a barista, bartender, supervisor, and waiter, until the business went into liquidation. Sean provided exceptional service, made drinks for customers, and oversaw venue maintenance in the absence of the venue manager.

From 2019 to 2021, Sean held roles at Eighty20 Solutions, Employsure, and NAB. At Eighty20 Solutions, they worked as a Deployment Technician for three months. At Employsure, they served as a Business Sales Consultant, supporting small and medium business owners with compliance solutions and outbound sales. At NAB, they were a Credit Card Specialist, providing exceptional service to clients and solving technical challenges on customer accounts and internal systems.

Most recently, Sean joined Genesis Motors Australia as a Sales Concierge, where they helped customers with their car buying experience and provided excellent service.

In 2023, Sean will begin working at Intercom as a Customer Service Specialist.

Sean Keogh's education history begins in 2012 when they attended St Mark's Catholic College and received their High School Diploma. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General at Australian Catholic University, although it remains incomplete. In 2022, Sean enrolled at TAFE NSW and completed a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management and Services.
