Zoe S. has a diverse work experience in product management and operations. Zoe is currently working at Intercom as a Senior Product Manager since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Bench Accounting as a Product Manager from October 2017 to September 2019. At Bench, they were responsible for setting the direction and vision for major product initiatives, focusing on building proprietary software for bookkeeping automation. Before joining Bench, Zoe worked at Orbis Investments, where they held multiple roles. From July 2015 to October 2017, they worked as a Product Owner, leading the product roadmap and coordinating agile software development processes. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Associate from June 2013 to August 2015, where they played a key role in establishing a scalable customer contact center and carrying out fund administrative duties. In 2019, they took a sabbatical before joining Intercom.
