Jim Cowgill has over 30 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering, specializing in electrical controls design for various industries such as heavy industries, healthcare, consumer products, automotive, and food. With a BSEET degree in Electronics Engineering from Devry Institute of Technology, Jim has held various engineering roles in companies like Interfor, Barry Wehmiller Design Group, Rockwell Automation, Procter & Gamble, Heidelberg Web Systems, Rapid Design Systems, AMS Technical Consultants, and Alexander & Associates. Currently, Jim serves as the Manager of Operational Technology and Controls Superintendent at Interfor, focusing on machine automation design and programming.
