Shelly Bibby

Shelly Bibby's work experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Operations - East at Interior Logic Group, Inc. starting in 2023. Shelly was also a Board Member and Director at AMCA International from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as General Manager at Construction Specialties from 2014 to 2023. Their roles at Construction Specialties included Director of Operations and Director of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance. Shelly also worked as a Consultant for the UNHCR and was a Founder, Owner, and MD of their own company. Additionally, they had positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Sr. Quality Engineer and Quality Engineering Manager, as well as at GA Environmental Protection Division as a Water Quality Co-op.

Shelly Bibby completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering and obtained two Certificate degrees in Economics and Social Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Shelly then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge. Shelly also holds various additional certifications, including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
