Amina Faham

Amina Faham is an accomplished leader in the fields of technology and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Global Technology & Innovation at IFF since February 2021. Amina is a member of the Swiss leadership team and has held prominent roles including Vice President of Global Research & Development for both Biosciences and Pharma Solutions. In addition to various directorships and leadership positions within IFF, Amina chairs the Board of Directors for IPEC Europe and is a lecturer at ETH Zurich. Previous experience includes significant roles at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and Dow, where Amina focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Amina holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Aix-Marseille University and has further enhanced expertise through executive education at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan and INSEAD.
