Dan Bucci

Dan Bucci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and talent development. Currently serving as Global Head of Learning and Performance Enablement at IFF since June 2024, Bucci previously held the position of Vice President, Global Talent Development at Chubb from 2014 to 2023, where responsibilities included leadership of global Talent Development practices and the design of a scalable learning measurement framework. Other roles include Manager of Global Talent & Organizational Development at VWR, Director of Enterprise Learning and Performance at Independence Blue Cross, and Manager of Learning and Development at Wells Fargo. Bucci has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University, teaching Organizational Change Management. Educational credentials include an M.Ed. in Education from Duquesne University, an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in English from the University of Pittsburgh.
