Erica Lamar

Erica LaMar is a seasoned professional in quality management and research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Quality Director for North America at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held several significant positions at Nutrition & Biosciences and The Kraft Heinz Company, including Quality Manager and Senior Quality Manager, where key contributions included leading investigations into customer complaints and participating in executive teams for strategic business direction. Erica's extensive experience also encompasses technical leadership roles in R&D, where responsibilities ranged from managing savory flavor projects to overseeing the transition of business operations. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at Unilever's Slimfast Division, where prototyping and product development were pivotal. Erica holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Food Science and Nutrition Sciences from Penn State University.
