Erik van Diepen

Erik van Diepen is an experienced professional in the field of international benefits management, currently serving as the Director of International Benefits at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021. In this role, Erik is tasked with managing employee benefit programs across over 60 countries, focusing on harmonizing benefits post-merger and aligning them with business strategies. Previous positions include International Benefits Manager at both DuPont, where Erik oversaw global broker strategy, and at the Nutrition & Biosciences division of DuPont after its spin-off. Early career highlights include roles at Douwe Egberts Nederland as Compensation & Benefits Manager, Philips Electronics Nederland as Pension Advisor, and Mercer as Senior Pension Consultant.
