Wendy Zhou has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked in various technical and managerial roles for companies such as Yum China, Martin Bauer Group, Firmenich, Frutarom, and Unifood. wendy has expertise in areas such as tea blends, botanical products, beverage applications, bakery, confectionery, and dairy products. Currently, Wendy holds the position of Senior Designer and Senior Food Technologist at IFF.
