Andrea Bowe serves as the Chair of the IOSCO (E)MMOU Monitoring Group and Monitoring Group Steering Committee since March 2023. Bowe has a long-standing career at the Financial Conduct Authority, holding various positions including Chief of Staff and Joint Director of Transformation, Interim Director of Communications, and Director of Enforcement & Market Oversight Division-Strategy, Policy, International & Intelligence. Prior to that, Bowe worked at Ashurst as a Solicitor specializing in Commercial Litigation. Bowe obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin, attended Ballyfin College, and has been active in the field since 1998.
