Derek Sandiford

Derek Sandiford has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Derek is currently the Director of HR & Talent at Intersport since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Beltone from August 2019 to September 2022, holding roles of HR Business Partner Retail/R&D and HR Manager. Before Beltone, Derek served as the Human Resources Director at the Chicago Botanic Garden from May 2013 to May 2019. Derek has also held positions at NorthShore University HealthSystem as an Employment Specialist, Sr. HR Associate, and HR Associate from November 2006 to October 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Tennis Instructor at Northbrook Racquet Club from September 1999 to December 2006.

Derek Sandiford completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Business/Marketing from Carthage College. Derek pursued their education at the college from 1998 to 2002.
